The Michigan Residential Builders License Course

This course meets the Michigan State requirements to take the Michigan Residential Builders License exam. You will obtain a full array of knowledge to start and maintain a residential building or remodeling company.

We teach you business practices, residential building codes, design practices and much more. Learn strategies that will be instrumental to propel you past obstacles which otherwise may cause you to fail. Gain the skills necessary to own and operate a successful residential contracting business. Our course has been approved by the State of Michigan and will prepare you to take the state exam as administered by PSI Exams.

Seminars are offered in Livonia and Royal Oak. Tuition includes all educational materials to complete the 60 hour course. THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL BOOK FEES!

Continuing Competency Course for Michigan Builders

This builders license course has been formulated by the State of Michigan for persons receiving a Residential Builders License prior to 2009. OBES has classes to meet both the 3 hour and 7 hour requirements.
